Pre-Orders

How Does Pre-Orders work?

An item marked with “Pre-Order” means that this item is still under production from the manufacturer and is not immediately available for shipment.

 Orders will not ship until the entire order is in stock. Checkout only calculates one shipment. If you would like to split up an order you may email a request to Sales@skyhighgarage. We will split your order and invoice the additional cost after approval.

Pre-Ordering an item from our website means that we will reserve stock for you and ship your order as soon as the model completes production.


Pre-Orders are all paid in full up front. Once the product arrives, it will ship immediately and you will be notified via email with your tracking information.

How long do Pre-Orders take?

All pre-orders should be noted in the description with their APPROXIMATE time of arrival.

Please note that release dates are ETA’s provided by the brand. Sky High Garage is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to production or logistics.

If this information is not available, please fee free to contact us and we will get that information to you as soon as possible.

When will my Pre-Orders ship?

All pre-orders will ship once they arrive. Some items may be delayed due to circumstance out of our control.

If there are any major issues or cancellations from the manufacture, you will be notified via refund immediately.

Has my order shipped?

Tracking will be provided for all received orders within 24 to 48 hours.

All orders are typically shipped the next day order is placed or the day after (just depends on how much there is to ship).

We will notify via e-mail with your tracking number after your order has shipped.

These notifications sometimes may not be posted until the next business day due to the high volume of orders we process.

Your order tracking information will be sent to you automatically after your order has shipped. Please note that this information sometimes may not be posted until the next business day due to the high volume of orders we process. You may simply log into your account and you can review your shipment information anytime. Check your tracking number online with USPS Online Tracking to determine delivery information.

How much is my shipping?

Sky High Garage provides flat rate shipping at a cost depending on the weight of the item.
Please check these costs by adding items to your cart and it will automatically calculate for you. This shipping is applied regardless of order size.
